AcuSight Privacy Policy
Part 1 — The AcuSight app
The short version
AcuSight collects no data. None. The app makes no network connections of any kind — there are no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, no tracking, and no servers to send anything to.
The camera
AcuSight uses your iPhone’s camera to show point locations on your body. All camera processing happens on your device, using Apple’s built-in vision technology. Video frames are analyzed live and immediately discarded:
- No photo or video is ever captured, saved, or exported — the app contains no capture function at all.
- No frames, body data, or anything derived from the camera ever leaves your iPhone.
- The camera is released as soon as you leave a session or the app goes to the background.
What stays on your device
A few things are stored locally on your iPhone so the app works the way you left it: your settings (such as haptic preferences), your favourite routines, and your own session history (which sessions you completed and when). This information:
- never leaves your device,
- is never linked to any identity (there are no accounts),
- and can be erased at any time with Settings → Delete all local data, or by deleting the app.
Data collected: none
Per Apple’s App Privacy definitions, AcuSight’s label is “Data Not Collected”. We do not collect, transmit, sell, or share any data — personal, health-related, usage, diagnostic, or otherwise. The app’s privacy manifest declares no data collection and no tracking.
Purchases
AcuSight v1 is free and contains no purchases. If a future version adds an optional purchase, it will be processed by Apple through the App Store, and this policy will be updated first.
Children
AcuSight is not directed at children and collects no data from anyone, children included.
Changes
If this policy ever changes, the new version will be posted at this address with a new effective date. Since the app makes no network calls, no change can take effect silently inside the app you already have.

This website is a static informational page. We process personal data only to the extent technically necessary for delivering the site.
Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted on Cloudflare Workers (provider: Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). We have concluded a data processing agreement (Data Processing Addendum) with the provider pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. As Cloudflare, Inc. is established in the United States, personal data are transferred to a third country. The transfer takes place on the basis of the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46 (2) (c) GDPR) and, additionally, the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (European Commission adequacy decision of 10 July 2023, Art. 45 GDPR); Cloudflare, Inc. is certified under the DPF.
When you access this website, the hosting provider automatically processes information that your browser transmits (so-called server log files): anonymised or shortened IP address, date and time of the request, transferred data volume, requested URL, user-agent string. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure and stable operation of the website). These data are deleted after a maximum of 14 days and are not combined with other data sources.
Cookies
This website does not set any cookies.
Analytics, tracking, third parties
We do not use web analytics, tracking, advertising pixels or social-media plugins. Fonts are served exclusively from our own server (no Google Fonts CDN or other third-party providers). No third-party content (videos, maps, embeds) is loaded. The site’s Content Security Policy instructs your browser to block any third-party request outright.
Email contact
If you contact us by email, we process your information to handle your enquiry under Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to enquiries). Where the contact relates to the conclusion of a contract or pre-contractual measures, Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR applies as an additional legal basis. We delete these data once they are no longer required, and in any case after the expiry of any applicable statutory retention periods.
Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21) to the processing of your personal data. To exercise these rights, please contact the email address above.
